We were totally ignored when we stepped into the shop, the boys were rather watching online movies , laughing out loudly and having a real good laugh, than serving us. I would have expected some sort of assistance. Even when we left the shop after not receiving any kind of help and saying goodbye, they did not manage to lift up their heads and acknowledge us. Considering that I was looking for good quality tiles on that day there is no way I would put my money into that shop. At the end I got my tiles from B&Q and I am happy with my choice. I would never ever put a foot into CTD Tiles again
